Want some accountability to help you establish positive habits? Here’s a download-and-print checklist you can use to list those habits that you want to do every day (or almost every day - let’s not be perfectionists). Print it out, list the habits you want to foster, and check off every day when you practise them. Watch with satisfaction as the checks grow throughout the month. Save previous months’ checklists so you have a visual record of how your habits have grown over time.
